About Me

Education & Achievements

My education background consistently focuses on Project Management for Effective Outcomes, Data Analytics, effective Business Insights, and Stakeholder Experience Management. 


I received significant awards & recognition for my work at university including the ANU 2017 Intern of The Year, Finalist and the 2016 ANU International Business Plan  Competition, 2nd Runner Up.


I hold a Masters Degree in Project Management (ANU) and BSc (Hons) in Project & Facilities Management (NUS).

My responsibilities expanded over time as the Company evolves into different arms of specialised practice. Major areas of my responsibilities include:

Tertiary Student Training: 

  • Successfully developed, launched, and maintained AccountantChange - the first Canberra-based training platform for undergraduates, where the students learn various business/principal accounting and social skills for better graduate employments. 
  • Effectively administered up to 300 enrolled AccountantChange participants from Australian National University, University of Canberra and Canberra Institute of Technology. 
  • Delivered self-paced business software learning programs (online) and in-person training sessions (quarterly basis). 
  • Directly trained students on specialised topics such as AI & Project Management. A recording video of my training can be accessed HERE. 
  • AccountantChange received the 2019 ACT Training Awards, Finalist.

Business Tender Development & Client Engagement:

  • Leading and overseeing new marketing initiatives of a team of coordinators, IT specialists, and graphic designers. 
  • Researching and creating business tender and proposal documents for clients in both Government and Private sectors.
  • Effectively communicating with clients for the best client on-boarding experience. 
  • Producing relevant business contents to share with clients to support them during the 2019 Bush Fire Crisis and COVID-19 restrictions. 
  • Managing relations with entrepreneur peak bodies such as Canberra Innovation Network (CBRIN), Mill House Social Enterprises, Innovation ACT to provide pro-bono start-up support as a part of the Company's CSR commitments.

  • Researching and developing business dashboard for clients in retail, hospitality, health-care and IT industries.
  • Successfully engaged with clients through in-depth interviews and discussions to explore business needs and how data could be connected to the client business's workflow.
  • Producing real-time interactive dashboards and reports via PowerBI and Google Data Studio for clients to make effective fact-based data-driven decisions.

I have developed and excelled a combined set of skills, which enable me to deliver my role at any given assignments. My technical and social skills are summarised as below:

Technical skills:

  • I am experienced in  collecting, transforming, and organising data for analysis to help make informed decisions. 
  • Understanding and proficiency of platforms for effective data analysis, including SQL, spreadsheet, Tableau, R, PowerBI, HubSpot, and Workflowmax. 
  • Advanced skills in MS Office for highly complex document development. 
  • Tender, presentation with visuals & business proposal development for successful grant/deal pitches.  

Social Skills: 

  • Stakeholder expectation management.
  • Take responsibility and proactively propose initiatives and follow-through.
  • Independently able to lead projects to closure.
  • Solid proficiency of decision making and problem resolution skills.


My Life In Australia

I worked in Singapore for three years after my undergraduate graduation in 2012 as a Data Analyst. 


Whilst growing my knowledge and professional skills, I was curious and determined to explore further career possibilities in Project Management - which was then a newly developed professional field. 


Moving to Canberra, Australia to pursue my Master Education was a big change in my life but I enjoyed it academically and socially. I have made Canberra my home since 2015.


I practice watercolouring and drawing, and I am a Canberra Art Workshop member.
